PENGARUH PEMBERIAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA SEMESTER I DAN III PRODI SISTEM INFORMASI UNIVERSITAS PASIR PENGARAIAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Lecturer Motivation on Student Achievement. This research is
expected to be used as a consideration of the study program in determining policies to improve student
achievement. The method used in this research is a simple linear regression with research subjects that been
used are students in semester I and III of System Information at University of Pasir Pengaraian who took the
course of management and analysis business process. In order to interpretate the answer of respondents
here is done by grouping the answers with Likert scale, then perform hypothesis test with t test with alpha
value on α = 5%. The results based on a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 show that t
test results on column sig.0.00 <α <0.05. It means "Giving Motivation significantly influence on Student
Achievement in Students of University of Pasir Pengaraian"
